It is good to remember that there are several ways to do almost everything on the computer. Experiment until you find the way that is easiest for you.
To scroll fast up or down, put your pointer on the vertical band at the right of the page, left click and hold down, then drag.
To scroll quickly and easily, use the wheel on the mouse. (You will have your index finger over the left button, your middle finger on the wheel, and your 4th finger over the right button.)
To scroll more slowly, with more control, put your pointer on the arrow at the top of the vertical band, or on the arrow at the bottom of the vertical band and left click.
